Мы понимаем что этот дом и через 300 лет не развалится и в ядерную войну последним домом останется в Самаре . НО делать что то надо!!!! Нельзя деньги тратить на асфальт у дома, который разрыли ЖКХа и штукатурку крыльца стоимостью 1000р, а взяли наверно полюбому тысяч 150 рублей за этот год! Мы хотим НОВУЮ КРЫШУ! НАШ ДОМ ЛИЦО ГОРОДА!!! МЫ ХОТИМ СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ФАСАД!!! ПАРК ЭТО ПРЕКРАСНО. БУДЬТЕ ДОБРЫ СДЕЛАЙТЕ ВСЕ КРАСИВЫМ ХОТЯБЫ РЯДОМ С ПАРКОМ !!
